Some Comments from Dissatisfied New Jersey StoresOnline Customers

  1. Cherry Hill: I am unsatisfied because of the limitations of the store builder. It is hard to design the store the way I would like. The chat/help is not very good if you have a complex question and need help. They don't understand how you want something and sometimes make matters worse. I do give them a good review because they are trying and do have to get paid. The search engine listings were never explained in great detail or the expense. [more]
  2. Mahwah, NJ: My website has been up since Feb. 2007 and I haven't made one penny. I worked hard in the beginning and devoted alot of time creating this website. Everytime I called to get a question answered that didn't have an answer. I paid an extra 6-7, 000 dollars to PMI for coaching. I asked them to give me some idea's on how to get to the top of the search engines and all they tell me it takes time. Every looks good on your site. I want my money back from both thieves. I'm sorry I ever got involved. [more]
  3. North Brunswick: My husband and I attended a Stores On Line seminar over a year ago. I only recently discovered the website "StoresOnLineExposed.com" that explained that there have been many complaints about the company and there may be a chance of getting some of my money back. This prospect is like a heaven-sent promise. We attended the seminar and the practices used there are very high pressure sales. You go hoping to learn about the internet business and all you learn about is Stores On Line high pressure sales. [more]
