- Manchester: When I attended the open house information session I was made to believe that StoresOnLine shall help build the websites, host and market store fronts. This was one package deal that integrated all components and elements of a functioning e-commerce business. But after I purchased the websites I had to attend another one day training class which was to familiarize me with the software, services and benefits of the program. [more]
- concord,bedford,nashua: they said that anyone could do it even with with no computer knowledge and also did not say how much extra money that it would cost. all they talk about was how much money a person could in a very short time. i have had this for a year and have not made money. i have ask them for help and one person would say one thing and another would say different and so on. very unhappy with them. - Bedford: After attending the 2nd seminar where they make setting up a website sound so easy, I had bought 6 sites. The following day I regreted it thinking there was no way I could do this, I am not a marketing type of person. I called and canceled and they talked me into it stating they would build 3 of the sites for me and give me a 6 month free mentor. After contacting them regarding them setting up my site, they sent me papers to fill out in order for them to do it. [more]
- Concord: I have not been satisfied at all with Stores-on-line. I have had my sites up and running for over a year now and have had clicks(people looking) but no sales what so ever. I was told in all the seminars that is would be "so easy" to set up the sites and get orders. As many others have said they take the $25.00 dollars every month but we get NO help with anything else. I called the stores on line help desk many times trying to get help with set up and such. [more]
