Some Comments from Dissatisfied Minnesota StoresOnline Customers
- Minneapolis: I went to a seminar and bought 3 stores. I followed the cd that came with the package and found it to be virtually useless in getting any where on the web. I have one store up but I have no intention of using the other stores. I told StoreOnline that I was very dissatisfied with their deceptive presentation and training manual which is of no help, they had no sympathy, I bought the stores, now it's my problem. [more]
- Minneapolis: I am still having problems being able to import and export my items. I even went out and bought office excel. So I could do the spreadsheet. I still am unable to do it. I am going to have to spend $150.00 to get the my items up on the way it should be. I have pretty much given up on trying to get and good support either by chat or by phone. The personnel cant seam to get the problem fixed the first time like there suppose to do. [more]
- Duluth: Well, we are not satisfied at all. We purchased the "storefronts" almost 1 year ago. Supposedly they gave us a deal at buying 6 storefronts for $6000. We have 2 up on the internet but haven't had ONE sale yet. We definitely feel like we have been had. We not only purchased the storefronts but had to go and invest another $1000 to have a company help us get our sites seen on the internet which hasn't done anything for us either. [more]
- Austin: Went to a seminar and although I try to consider before making a decision, I was given some hard sell tactics encouraging me to take advantage to todays offer etc.... Anyway I lost my job a week later, but it was past the 3 day cancellation period so tried to make the best of it and give it a go. Struggled with the non-user friendly interfaced, learned the software and created two nice websites. [more]
- Minneapolis: I am very disatisfied with Stores on Line web sites. The promises and hype at their seminars is pure garbage. Yes, the help was there, if you could follow and understand where and what they they were telling you. The fact that you could build your site in a few hours or even days was not true. I have built another site which was much more easier to understand and didn't take nearly as long to complete. We were told that we would see traffic and income in a matter of weeks... [more]
- Duluth: I attended storesonline seminars in both WI, and MN.
My intention was to try to start a home based internet business to support both my son and I who are on social security and SSI. The storesonline rep finally worked with me to get me only 1 website, and ensured me that this was not a common practice for them, as they usually sold 3-6 at a time.I was very excited in the beginning, I really felt like I was going to be able to make this go!
