1. New Orleans: I am a StoresOnline member that bought six web sites. The seminars I attended made it sound so easy. I saw grey haired people walking out with there six website packages in hand, and were asking what kind of computer do we need. Now You know they knew these elderly people could not handle this, but they sold them six websites anyway. I have been using computers, and the Internet since there invention, and would call myself very computer savy, and this is very hard for me. [more]
2. New Iberia: I have so far invested about $10, 000.00 in one web site and have not received one cent in sales. I recently pulled the only site I had running to stop paying the monthly fee storesonline was charging. I purchased 6 sites from storesonline and could not get one site to profit. I requested a refund, If not all then at least half. i never receive a reponse to my request. I keep receiving e-mails to spend more money to promote my site. [more]
3. Baton Rouge: This was a large investment for us and we did it believing the "hype" that their people would help us make it work. It did not work. After investing the money and several months of work, we didn't even make the first sale. [more]
4. Baton Rouge: Big cost, very little return. Double billed. Then they smeared our name with TransUnion. More in an attached letter. [more]
5. Baton Rouge: My wife, daughter and myself attended the SOL "pie in the sky" seminar in Feburary of 2006. We swallowed all the "hype" from the SOL sales team, and purchased the 6 package websites, credit card processing and "waste of time" Links 4 Trade. We tried very hard to get our 1st site up and running in a few days (16 hour days), it took until June 9 before we published and another 6 months correcting items that SOL should have already corrected on the package. 6. New Iberia: I spent a bunch of money to get a website going. I finally took it off and cancled with storesonline. [more]
7. Shreveport: I am definitely not satisfied with Storesonline. I took a big chance of investing in Storesonline to start my own business. I have put about $2500.00 into this company and have made NOTHING!!! All the time that I put into developing my website has been very frustrating too. I have tried to talk to people there about getting a refund, but no one will help me or return my calls. I need to find help in trying to get my money back. [more]
