Some Comments from Dissatisfied Kentucky StoresOnline Customers
- Lexington: My experience with this company has been very decieving. Talk was great, but backup of promises did not happen. Each time questions were asked feedback very weak and expensive. I was assured my products would be up and on line in six months, this did not happen. Then additional fees were requested to assure online services, which I felt were included in the original fee. The red flag went up and I stopped any further business with this company. At present I have invested over $11, 000. [more]
- Covington: This has taken much more time and the software is much more "unfriendly" than what I have been acustomed to (as say) Microsoft. Although, I am learning.
It has taken me months. The first site is a dud. The second will, hopefully, provide some income. If it does, then I will not have a gripe. But if it is a dud, then I'm getting a little sore.
ITS came along and we spent an additional $5, 000 thinking they would provide a fast solution, especially for finding the best products and a dropshipper. [more] - Lexington: Wow! I guess I'm not really surprised by these numbers. It has been a long, frustrating, expensive, almost 2 years since attending their all day sales-
hype presentation. I, as many others, went for their 6 storefront pkg. for a price of $6200. My primary complaint was their lack of support. " Myquickres- ponse" they call their support department. Their live-chat people were abusive, often talking to you in a condescending humiliating tone to make you
feel like a moron. [more] - Lexington: My husband and I attended a seminar and were impressed with the claim that we could set up websites to generate income with little or no computer knowledge. In fact one of the testimonials was from a lady that spoke little english, had NO computer experience and had a thriving perfume website up and running in a very short time. They had a video of her telling how she went into the store builder and followed the instructions and voila - a profitable website. Now for the reality check. [more]
- : I feel that I have been had. I have worked very hard to make a living with the new site. It is up and running exactly as they say and all I get is constant calls from them trying to sell me one more gimmick or calls from all their cohorts. I am not a novice to internet marketing and our old website makes some money now and then. We still have it. This new one is zip and it is done well as I spent 16 to 20 hrs a day for over 30 days building it. [more]
- Lexington : I primarily bought websites because of the access to marketing information that I later found out was fee info. [more]

An update on my non-progress with SOL
I have still not heard from SOL about my faxed refund request. I have refaxed them again and I have written to the KY States Attorney General, plus I have sent a certified return receipt letter to SOL.
The only people I hear from are those connected with SOL trying to sell me more stuff.
I have had to cancel ECI because there monthly fees are killing me. I paid $6, 395. [more] - Florence: I also feel i have been had.Only to find out i was spending hundreds of dollars and recieving none. I was showed a video of a couple going straight home from a seminar and that same night making money from there new websight. Thats a big fat lie. You have to contact eci.credit card companies, then get approved before they will even put you on live that takes time plus they also all want a piece of the money pie and they get it or you dont get setup. I was told everything was in the cost of the loan. [more]
- louisville: SOL completely ripped me off [more]
- Louisville: On Nov. 8, 2004 we went to a VERY high pressure presentation. The speakers made it sound so GREAT, and even promised that this would work. Well we have spent a fortune on the websites, training program, advertising, and everything else we were told to do, only to be out in the cold. There has been LOTS and LOTS of money going out, and Stores Online increasing the anount they are taking all the time, and nothing coming in. [more]
