Some Comments from Dissatisfied District of Columbia StoresOnline Customers
- Washington: I feel that I was taken advantage of by Stores Online and I think that they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau so that other consumers will not fall for the tactics. I went to a seminar in Washington, D.C. and the way that they presented the information made me think that I would be able to earn extra income by buying the websites. I purchased 3 websites under financing and I only have 1 website up. It took a very long time to get the site up and when I did the site didn't make any money. [more]
- Washington,: They promised full support and follow up with ideas for the stores I bought. I got no ideas about what to sell. I bought 6 stores because I was told I could have 1 up and making money each month. I was then told they could improve my store by designing it for extra money.I was then told I could get 1 on 1 help with another $6500.That was called PMI, that was another waste of my money. I have gotten 1 order in 2 years on one site, 2 sales on another store. [more]
- Washington: I am very dissatisfied with my StoresOnline experience. The seminars and marketing schemes are solely pressure based marketing that give customers unrealistic expectations and to capitalize on ignorance.
I purchased 6 websites on 2/24/2007 with my expectations very high...I would have done some research before purchasing the product but they told me that the offer for 6 websites was a one time opportunity at a promotionly rate. [more]
