Some Comments from Dissatisfied Arizona StoresOnline Customers

  1. Glendale: Too many promises. Stores Online made it sound that for a certain amount of money, I will get the education I need to make money purchasing a website through them. Other companies sell websites but offer no education was their marketing pitch. After I paid the amount I learned that I need to pay more money to get the information I need to make money through purchasing their websites. [more]
  2. Flagstaff: I began to build my website through August and Sept of last year and went live October 2006. I enjoyed using the website builder, but there were many times I asked for help from StoresOnLine staff for a particular problem or something I wanted the template to do, and they would not answer the question or give me partial answers. I became very frustrated with this and went to a site called on line merchant forum where I learned far more than what was given by the SOL staff. [more]
  3. PHOENIX : My daughter and I went to 2 WORKSHOPS IN AUG, 2006 plus THE BOOTCAMP which was exactly that - we both had horrible headaches after the drill sargent tactics used for the entire 6 hours. We had already fallen for the pitch to get the bargain price of 6 certificatees for $6, 398.00 plus one cd for 250.00 and several other program cd's that would insure that we start making progress immediately. 4. Phoenix: My story was just completed and as I was entering the Survey Data and story, I keyed enter to proceed to next blank, but it was submitted (I guess) unfinished. I wish to finish it now - please search for my display name. [more]
  5. Phoenix: Having paid in excess of Six Thousand Dollars to Stores On Line, followed their proceedures carefully and completely(including using Yahoo Pay Per Click at an additional cost of One Thousand Dollars), and made exactly nothing I am thouroughly dissatisfied and disgusted. [more]
  6. Phoenix: My husband and I attended a seminar for Storesonline. We thought that it would be great. They talked about how if you followed the diagram and instructions that it would be easy to start up and in little time. They had speakers talk about how hard it was untill storesonline helped them. I now know that if you want the help you have to pay extra, it was not that easy to start up(it took me 6 months to get it together. They do not talk about the procedure for getting a tax licence or a merchant account. [more]
  7. phoenix: We listened to their hype and believed them, we did do a little research but only saw how much money everyone was making, and were optimistic that "we " could be one of the lucky ones, but that never happened , my husband was very excited and even signed us up for the one on one coaching another $2600. plus doba, web site hosting etc google ads the whole bit, we have never sold even one item and are still spending money every month.
