Some Comments from Dissatisfied Alabama StoresOnline Customers

  1. Huntsville: We are NOT satisfied with StoresOnline! We bought into this company and idea in January 2007, bought 3 websites and have not made one PENNY from the one we have up and running! We are expected to make payments each month to the finance co., even though, we have not made any money. We have a nice jewelry website, with good prices, but have never sold one piece of jewelry!!! 2. Mobile: They promised so many things to us. We bought six sites after we went through the seminar and were promised help and back up etc., ect., They never indicated that we would have to pay extra for it. We called and tried and tried to get our sites running but only managed to get one up and it never went anywhere. Since then we have tried to cancel and they are STILL charging our card. [more]
  3. Mobile: I bought six sights in Dec of 2006. They were high pressured and fast talking. They even had guys coming to your table while the speaker was talking. To me that is high pressure. I have been wanting to get a website or 2 and learn how to use them. Also they use "Learning how to make money on Ebay" as a lure tactic. Since I have had a an ebay store I figured maybe I could learn more on how to be successful in selling. I thought maybe they had some secrets in sales. Well they did! [more]
  4. Anniston: Ran into to many sevice reps that had an attitude.

The attitude was that they had there web sites squared away and did not care if my web site is up to standards or not.

The biggest answer you got is I do not know why that did not work or is not working. [more]
  5. Mobile: I have invested over $20000 and 15 months in this project with NO, repeat NO results. The only sales were from my wife, Daughter and Son. I have tried one of those companie that promises first page listings with no luck. [more]
  6. Huntsville: Tried to get my money back 3 days after signing up and was asked why I told they that they misrepresented their Internet products and services as being easy to use for consumers with little or no computer experience. They told me to give it some time to work. They claimed that customers were making thousands of dollars a month but I find that no one is making money. I feel like they failed to provide me with the proper written notice of my right to cancel. [more]

  8. Huntsville: Stores Online is a acam!! We have lost so much money, trying not to loose money. I would not recommend Stores Online to my worst enemy. There are many websites out there that offer the same service or better for free or very a very small monthly rate. The process to actually get your store to live, is very time consuming!! We have been online now for almost 1 year and have not sold 1 item.. Some of that time, we actually paid to be at the top of search engines. [more]
  9. Huntsville: Our experience is the same as so many of the testimonials. In early 2007, we attended the seminar and the boot camp with great enthusiasm to develop a new website that contained a shopping cart so that we could do retail sales. Our existing website does not have a shopping cart. I developed the existing webpage so I felt like I would not have much trouble. We purchased 3 websites and one of these is published. Like so many testimonials we have not had one order. [more]
